Ever since Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of the country, India has been on the rise in terms of economy. It is actually one of the fastest emerging markets in the world. Modi, being the second Prime Minister from OBC category, has constantly strived to remove the socio-economic backwardness of the people residing in the country. He has launched numerous schemes and taken initiatives for the same and has restructured and revised the already existing schemes for the betterment of the nation.
The real estate sector has been in trouble for a while now with inventory on the rise, price inactivity, declining pattern in sales, etc. The Modi-led government has taken initiatives such as passing the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) Bill back in 2016, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, implementing GST (Goods and Services Tax) on July 2017, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc. However, this isn’t what going to suffice; there has to be quite a lot of more schemes that need to implement to see the real sector coming out from its struggle.
To see a growth in the mentioned sector, Modi launched the “Make in India” project encouraging to increase production in the country, thereby wanting the overseas investments. They have also changed “Foreign Direct investments” in 25 sectors, which has resulted in the increase of ease of doing business.
Start-up is something that has become a trend in India lately. Entrepreneurship has never been on such peaks with the government launching flagship programs like “Startup India.” This has encouraged young entrepreneurs to suggest new ideas to the government and to become what they have always been aspiring to become. The government has set up provision centers and exempted tax to provide support to the start-ups.
Each day, the country sees the construction of 40 kilometers of roads and highways, a more-than-double increase than 14 kilometers, what the previous government used to do. The ease of doing business has significantly increased since, before the Modi-government, an entrepreneur had to take permission and pay a bribe to several departments before starting the business.
Under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, small scale enterprises are eligible to get a full 100% to reimburse of the funds to start their businesses, so as to provide an untroubled start. We had been hearing that the bill for a single tax was stuck in Parliament for years and was not anywhere near on the verge of getting passed until Modi led Government came to the rescue and passed the GST bill after repeated consultations with all the stakeholders involved and brought it into effect. Of course, there was a lot of ambiguity at the beginning regarding its rules, but with time, the government has provided exposition and has simplified the methods of paying GST. They have also established the GST council to manage a periodical review of the effectiveness of tax and to take necessary actions in its hazzle-free implementation
The “Make In India” project has had an important impact on the manufacturers. It was basically established to attract foreign investment, build the country’s economy, and become a manufacturing-powerful country. Also, the Prime Minister’s abrupt decision to demonetize the currency had a vision of eradicating untaxed and black money from the nation. Government has also announced the first 20 smart cities under the “Smart Cities Mission.” The list has been generated from the already-shortlisted 100 cities.
There has also been a National Bamboo Mission which supports commercial bamboo farming in the north-eastern states. This was done with the intention of increasing the income of bamboo farmers. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can now get loans up to Rs. 1 crore and will be approved within an hour. Foreign direct investments have also increased since the Modi-government came into power. Modi has been on abundant amounts of foreign tours interacting with all the top leaders of the world. He has made reunions with various countries around the world.
This government is taking all the necessary steps and initiatives to develop Indore. The Super Corridor location in Indore is developing rapidly and becoming a modern city. With all the initiatives that BJP has accomplished,DCNPL Hills Vistaa has joined the campaign by providing the best residential property in the town with all kinds of support so as to give a superior lifestyle to the residents. The real estate developers from DCNPL ensure that they provide such places that make the residents feel home and make their dream of living in a house that they had always wanted to come true. To sum up, it would be very wise to make a real estate investment in Indore, and if it’s Super Corridor, then it will act as an icing on the cake!
