Accor expands with two new properties in Indore

Accor has recently signed two new properties in Indore—Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor. These dual-branded developments are scheduled to open in 2029 and will jointly offer 310 elegant rooms.

Pitraparvat Developers Pvt Ltd will develop the project in the city’s Super Corridor. This location is fast becoming a thriving commercial and IT zone. Novotel Indore Super Corridor will feature 170 well-appointed rooms, while ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor will include 140 rooms. Together, they will serve business travellers, MICE delegates, and leisure seekers. Through this, Accor strengthens its footprint and amplifies the hospitality landscape of Indore.

Furthermore, both hotels will offer dining outlets, a sleek fitness center, a swimming pool, and adaptable event and banquet spaces. Through this, the city takes another firm step toward becoming a premium destination.
